Apprentice Pilot Application

The minimum requirements have been established for people wishing to apply for positions as apprentice pilots for the Port of Lake Charles, Louisiana. A copy of these minimum requirements can be downloaded below. Anyone interested in being considered for future positions is required to submit an application conforming to the minimum requirements. Interested candidates meeting the minimum requirements shall submit the following: Completed Application Form - Download Form / Minimum Requirement Details - Adobe PDF Format Proof of graduation from a Maritime Academy or Proof of 5 years service as a Master as required by the Minimum Requirements. Copy of U.S. Coast Guard License Current Resume Current Photograph Copy of Birth Certificate 3 Letters of Recommendation Health Profile as required by Minimum Requirements U.S.C.G. Information Release form as required by the Minimum Requirements.
